Overall, the location was good. However, the customer service in the restaurant area needs improvement. The ladies serving /hosting breakfast were not very pleasant, and the breakfast options were limited. The French toast we ordered was cold, dry, and served without butter or whipped topping; it tasted stale. Overall, the experience was just okay and not very memorable. Unfortunately.

Loved, loved, loved this hotel. Fantastic, modern decor. Thoughtfully appointed room. Helpful, friendly staff. Easy parking. Would return in a heartbeat.

This trip was a very rare opportunity for my family and it meant more to us than words can express. It may have been our first and possibly our last journey together of this kind. Marcus took exceptional care in arranging our accommodation and made every effort to meet our request for the highest floor along with a beautiful mountain view. His attention to detail and genuine consideration made our stay truly special. Thanks to Marcus efforts, my family was extremely satisfied with the experience and this stay has become a precious memory for all of us. His professionalism and sincerity truly reflect the highest level of hospitality.

We went to Phoenix for a wedding and stayed at this hotel. While getting dress to do our makeup and hair we all had to use the mirror in the bathroom at the same time because the lighting in the room was horrible. In addition, as platinum you had a choice between a free breakfast or free parking. I think it should be both. There was no lounge. We got our rooms cleaned very late and when we came back from being out all day the rooms were not cleaned. We didn't get our rooms cleaned all weekend because of this. The best part about the hotel was the location.

Great stay overall. The hotel is in an ideal location, super convenient for restaurants and shopping, and the staff was consistently kind and friendly! My only downsides were the noise level and a few design quirks. It can be pretty loud, especially with hallway noise from housekeeping or kids running by. Also, this might sound silly, but the toilet seat shape was oddly uncomfortable (more square than round), and the sink design made it a bit hard to clean out. I would normally never mention this, but it was just oddly annoying lol. That said, the location and service were strong, and I’d still recommend it with those notes in mind… also this view is hard to beat!

Located in a beautiful close to a mayor shopping mall full of meal options. The hotel is close to the airport and a short ride. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is full of amenities a big and comfortable. The hotel is a good choice for business or personal time.

Had a wonderful time here for a course. The breakfast buffet is above average and the served is very attentive. The bar/restaurant are not bad for being bar food. The beds and rooms are very spacious and comfy.

Throughout our stay, every staff interaction, from housekeeping to common area attendants, reflected competence, kindness, and pride in their work. It’s rare to encounter a team that is consistently this professional and personable across every department.
